Is a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable deposit of $20.00 is required at the time lease agreement is signed. The deposit covers one (1) lock and two (2) keys that are provided by Secure Storage.
How much notice is required before I cancel the rental agreement?
A fifteen (15) day written notice is required.
Do I need my own locks?
No. Secure Storage provides approved cut-proof locks that are to be used on all units.
