| BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS |
| Concrete and Footings |
| Steel reinforced concrete footings, pads and piers engineered to support the building load and meet state and local building codes. All slab areas have been treated for termites. Interior concrete slab is 6" thick over 4" of compacted fill. Concrete is steel reinforced with 6" x 6" #10 wire mesh and have a visqueen vapor barrier. Expansion joints are sawn. Interior concrete is 4,000 p.s.i. and exterior concrete is air entrained 4,000 p.s.i. |
| Steel |
| Beams, girders, bar joists and decking provided and erected according to structural engineering. Load design has met local snow and wind criteria. Concrete bollards are installed on exterior of the building to protect the jambs of the overhead doors. |

| All concrete joints and door frames have been caulked from inside and outside using industrial grade filler compound with back rod. |
| Doors |
| Insulated steel pedestrian doors as required by code. One(1) 3' x 7' exterior insulated metal door and painted frame provided at each unit. The door hardware is commercial-grade lever-style. |
| Walls |
| Exterior walls consist of insulated steel panels, exterior man doors and overhead doors. Division walls consist of 8' concrete block and additional 8' to 16' high insulated steel siding. |
| Electrical |
| Each space will receive 2-tube 96" fluorescent light fixtures, 1 light switch and 6 receptacles per unit. Electric service will be two 1,000 amp 120/240 single phase service with main switchgear, and 100 or 200 amp (depending on size) service for each unit. Conduit will be provided for telephone lines. Each unit will be separately metered. |
| Plumbing |
| Each unit will have its own sediment floor drain and a sanitary line for future water. Each unit has an RV dump station/clean-out. |
| HVAC |
| An electric heating system is standard for each space. Air conditioning is available as an option. |
